10 Things I’m Looking Forward To In 2022: It’s been 2022 for a little while now. But I’m still looking to see what’s coming. I want to experience some moments this year. But these 10 are what I’m most looking forward to.
- New Friends: There’s nothing wrong with my current batch of friends. Their great already. But I have a desire to have a different gender of friends. I want female friends that I can talk to on a personal level. That has no love interest for me and vice versa. Also, friends who are into poetry as well. For those times when I’m unsure of my art. I want people who are into poetry too that can lead me on the right path.
- New Home: I’m working my butt off to get me a home. I won’t stop until I can come home to my crib.
- New opportunities: My goal this year is to go for it. So whatever opportunity I face. I want to give it my all.
- Money to help fund other career paths: I have seen a couple of checks so far that have been useful. So expect more from K. Exum soon.
- New Music: New music from well-known and unknown artists. I discovered quite a few artists last year and can’t wait to see what’s coming next.
- New Spoken Word: I must admit there are still some spoken word albums I downloaded last year that I haven’t had time to listen to yet. But aside from them. I want to see what other poets arise on the music streaming side. Aside from myself.
- Trying different fashion styles: I am on a mission to try whatever style this enormous dome believes I can rock. I want to try it all. From casual to formal. I want to be a man that looks good in any outfit.
- Camping: I have talked about it amongst my friends. I want to try it. I was roaming through the camp side of amazon seeing many neat gadgets to bring on our adventure when it comes. Probably this summer, if I had to guess. It’s way too cold for us to be in the woods right now.
- New Shoes to come: My shoe game has suffered in the past few years. With the addition to all my shoes becoming too big for my little feet. I went from a size 16 to a size 13. So I have sold most of my shoes but am ready to rebuild. I want to build with different styles. I want some sneakers that I always had an eye for but never purchased. Like some retro Jordans or some Nike Dunks.
- Traveling: Aside from camping, I’m dying to travel out the state. Somewhere that involves a plane because I’m 24 now and I still haven’t been on a plane. I have not experienced the world fully, and it’s killing me. I want to go places and enjoy every bit.
