Your comfort zone should be like staying at a hotel meaning it should be temporary. Because if you want to reach your goal, then you have to leave that temporary space.
I know I wrote it but it still speaks volumes. Because it’s something I struggle with. My comfort zone is like my toxic soul mate that’s no good for me, but I stay with her because I have gotten use to her and change is the one I really want. But I’m too shy to ever partake in her.
