This weeks number has been good. Better than it has been in a while. Trying to stay more consistent has been the issue. Plus creating quality posts. Just trying to improve my views each week.
As far as weight goals, I feel like I got too comfortable. Achieving a weight goal set by the doctors had me on a high. I felt like I didn’t need to work out as hard anymore and I slacked off. I usually work out at least 5 times a week. That turned into maybe 3 times a week. My eating was off the charts and I went back up because of it. Not up a crazy amount but enough to wake me up and tell me to go back to work.
