Fitness Routine

Fitness Routine:

I decided to do a post about my fitness routine. So I’m going to start by saying I’m not an expert but this is what I have been doing and been getting some positive results. Also, I’m still in the process of losing weight so bare with me. I have learned that none of this matters unless your willing to cut out certain foods.

For starters, I stretch a little with some Lunges to the left and right and down the middle. I usually do it in the locker room. I don’t know why. I just do it like that. Before I work out I used to and sometimes do drink a pre work out drink. Such as Speed Stack Pumped  

I found this to give me the best results as far as energy. I don’t really drink these anymore for surgery purposes. But I do recommend you try. The first and only thing I really do is CARDIO. Most times I do 60 minutes with a 5-minute cooldown on the elliptical.  I just heard cardio is your best bet when trying to lose weight and that’s what I’m trying to do.  Other than the elliptical I may split my workout up into 2. Meaning I’ll do 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the arc, just because those two machines are harder for me. Boosting the levels give me the best results.

As far as music goes I like to listen to NF or Ace Hood. Any type of music that’s an emotional or something with substance. I like to hear a word of advice when working out. Something that will make me want to move. That’s my preference, I know everyone’s different. Yeah, that’s really it for my routine. I don’t really lift because I’m not trying to build muscle on top of fat. It just doesn’t look well when I see others take that route. As always tell me what you think below.
