One of the most important lessons that I’ve learned from just observation has been that everyone in your life has an expiration date. Not to burst your bubble but most of the people you grow up with, won’t be there in the long run. That’s a tough pill that I had to swallow.
A lot of friends I had, in the beginning, I don’t have now. Some just drifted away or we had a falling out. Even family don’t stick around. Same reasons, either we drifted apart or we had a falling out. So, for now, you just got to soak up the moments you have with them or build up a stronger bond that can last through the storms.
